This was a GREAT Thanksgiving Dinner to...Thank you. This was a GREAT Thanksgiving Dinner tonight. None of us will be together on Thanksgiving so I made this tonight, a few days early. My turkey breast took a bit longer to heat up, 20 minutes more and it was just under 3 lbs. Costco recommended 170 degrees.<br /><br />My gravy base was made by melting butter and flower together into a paste, then adding the stock. a pinch of salt and pepper, then heating/stiring for 5 minutes. Your idea about adding Worcestershire Sauce was very good. I'll do that from now on.
